Comedy royalty Jo is Graham Norton's writer and warm-up artiste. She is a regular at the Comedy Store and on The Stand Up Show as well as regularly on Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You. Jo has also been on The John Bishop Show, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Saturday Night Live. Dubbed 'funniest woman in Britain', she lives up to the title with razor-sharp wit, acerbic observations and scandalous one-liners, all excellently written and impeccably delivered.

Lazy Susan - 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Lazy Susan are a comedy double act whose Edinburgh show, ‘Extreme Humans’ was nominated for the Foster’s Edinburgh comedy award 2014. They followed this up in 2015 with the critically acclaimed ‘Double act’. Both shows transferred to the Soho Theatre, where Lazy Susan also performed as part of Pappy’s Presents: The Secret Dudes Society and the sketch group Massive Lazy Girls.

Ireland’s finest hip hop musical comedian Rob Broderick is back with us after a storming set at last year’s festival, using his trademark blend of audience interaction and razor-sharp improvisation. Abandoman previously won Hackney Empire New Act of the Year, Best Comedy Newcomer at the Adelaide Fringe, headlined comedy stages at Glastonbury, Latitude, Reading and Leeds, performed in the house band for Alan Carr's Happy Hour on Channel 4 as well as touring with Ed Sheeran.

Tom has forged a successful and unique path in the industry, with his inventive style incorporating his voice-over talents and improvisation, in addition to his innovative writing. During the past year, Tom’s provided tour support for Hal Cruttenden and Gary Delaney. He also appeared on Live At The Comedy Store and has recently filmed for Live At The BBC. In 2016, Tom performed his debut hour in Edinburgh, showcasing his fantastic routines about his evangelical parents and his experiences as a manager of a charity shop.

Darren walsh - 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Having worked as an illustrator, animator and short-film maker, lifelong Monty Python nerd and official giant, Darren Walsh decided upon stand-up in 2010, using props and and strange sound effects he’d made in his bedroom. In 2014, Darren became the UK’s first Pun Champion, which led to book deal and he won Dave's Joke of the Fringe for 2015. This year Darren will be bringing his third show, MASSIVE PUNT, to the Fringe.

A trained doctor who is perhaps best known as the Sinnerman on ITV quiz show The Chase, Paul has been a successful comedian for a number of years. As a club comedian, he has played every major comedy club in the UK, performed in eighteen other countries across the globe, and been three times nominated for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards, winning in 2014. Paul has taken eight solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe, his 2006 show Saint or Sinha being nominated for the Perrier award.

Tom stade - 8:00PM - 9:00PM
Since arriving in the UK, Canadian émigré Tom Stade has steadily earned a reputation as one of the most original and exciting stand-up talents around. He instantly made his mark on the UK circuit with his magnetic stage presence, irrepressible charm and first-class story-telling, and after years topping the bill and playing at international comedy festivals around the globe, he is now established as a leading touring act in his own right.

Angela Barnes - 6:30PM - 7:30PM
After the success of her 2017 show Fortitude, which included a gig in a nuclear bunker, Angela is returning to Edinburgh with Rose-Tinted, which she will preview for us. A star of Mock The Week, Live At The Apollo, Stand Up For The Week and Russell Howard’s Good News, Angela is also a previous winner of the BBC New Comedy Award.

Marlon Davis - 4:30PM - 5:30PM
Marlon Davis is a bright young comedian, improviser and actor who embraces his work with energy and charm, embodying his characters and delivering his material with skilful observations. Marlon’s recent TV appearances include Live at the Apollo (BBC), Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live and The Steve K Amos Show, and he has been tour support for Kevin Bridges, Alan Carr and Michael McIntyre.

Kiri Pritchard Maclean - 3:00PM - 4:00PM
Welsh Comedian Kiri has been making something of a name for herself recently, winning the Chortle Awards for Best Club Comedian and Best Compere at this year’s awards. A unique and assured comic voice Kiri is whip smart with material to match, an apprenticeship on the North West comedy scene equips Kiri with a presence beyond her years and the rare ability to be challenging in her material without alienating her audience.
